Brick Haus Fitness will be bringing a new and exciting workout experience to Downtown Jersey City.

The owners, Michael Trani and Sandra Salmon leased the two-story warehouse space at 163-5 Newark Avenue, corner of Barrow, one block from the Grove Street Path Station.  Extensive renovation has been in progress since February of this year. This 14,000 square feet space boasts a 16 feet high ceiling on the first floor.  The first floor will feature a 1500 square feet Aerobic room for group classes, a cardio area, free weight area, circuit stations and strength area.

Upon entry, this beautifully designed space will have a seated Juice Bar, lounge area, friendly reception and sales offices.

The second floor which is naturally lit by its high surrounding windows will have access by stairs as well as by elevator.  There will be additional Cardio equipment on the second floor.  The carefully designed men and ladies locker rooms on the second floor will have Showers, Saunas, Steam room, daily and permanent lockers along with full service towels and toiletries.  Outside the locker rooms is a relaxing lounge area for members to indulge.

Families with young children will be able to enjoy  working out while their children are in the onsite supervised daycare located on the first floor.  

Brick Haus Fitness has carefully selected all new state of the art equipment from the leaders in the fitness industry such as Star Trac, Cybex, Nebula and Life Fitness, to name a few..  There will be cardio equipment with a personal 15 inch LCD screen, ipod connection, personal built-in fan and computerized display to track workout progress and heart rate.  The club provides free validated parking for members and W I F I connection for the members who wishes to use their computer in the gym.  Brick Haus Fitness is scheduled to open sometime in August of this year.  The Presale office is now open to offer prospective members the opportunity to take advantage of special prices prior to opening.
